V sobotu 12.06.2021 proběhl druhý workshop pro rodiny s dětmi se zdravotním znevýhodněním z ORP Jeseník a rozhodně nešlo o poslední setkání.
Čekají nás ještě 3 další workshopy, které tak naplní celý průběh metody HCD a projde všechny její fáze. Připravíme také závěrečné shrnutí pro zástupce veřejnosti.
Následovat bude práce na uvedení výstupů v realizaci, tedy registrovanou sociální službu a paralelní klubovou podporu rodinám.
V sobotu jsme analyzovali zkušenosti, které mají zástupci přítomných rodin se sociálními službami v ORP Jeseník, Zjišťovali jsme, jak je využívají, kde vidí jejich přínosy a kde rezervy. Mapovali jsme také další služby, které rodiny využívají mimo ORP Jeseník.
Sestavili jsme rozhodně velmi komplexní mapu klíčových aktérů, kde jsme zaznamenali jednotlivé sociální služby a další organizace, významné jednotlivce a firmy, které mají na Jesenicku důležitou pozici, kterou je potřeba znát. S touto mapou budeme dále pracovat, abychom získali hlubší vhled do problematiky klíčových hráčů, např. zpracováním tzv. empatické mapy.
Následně jsme se věnovali očekáváním a potřebám, které by měl uspokojit koncept podpůrné klubové platformy pro rodiny s dětmi a sociální služba „odlehčovací služba“. I zde jsme zjistili mnoho důležitých informací a plně pochopili, že rodiny mají v řadě oblastí velmi podobné potřeby i očekávání. Směrem ke klubu je to potřeba sdílení a vzájemné podpory, směrem ke službě potom vytvoření dostupného bezpečného prostředí a možnost odpočinout si.
Výstupy z proběhnuvších workshopů jsme využili hned na úterním setkání „skupiny pro osoby se zdravotním postižením“ v rámci komunitního plánování sociálních služeb v ORP Jeseník, kde se ukazuje názorová i věcná shoda mezi našimi výstupy a potřebami obcí.
